Thai Mixed Vegetable with Oyster Sauce
This is so happening. Getting dinner on the table has never been easier. One pan meals are my absolute favorite kind of meals because they usual mean simplicity, minimal clean-up, and less stress.

Ingredients

- 1 cup sliced zucchini

- 1 cup broccoli

- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Gorton’s Signature Seasoned Salmon fillets

Pre-heat oven to 375 Degrees F.

Combine veggies in a large sheet pan. Season the veggies with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Place the fillets next to the veggies and bake 18-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked and the veggies are tender.
