Easy One Pan Baked Salmon with Veggies

Ingredients

    • 1 cup sliced zucchini
    • 1 cup broccoli
    • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Gorton’s Signature Seasoned Salmon fillets

Instructions

    1. Pre-heat oven to 375 Degrees F.

  1. Combine veggies in a large sheet pan. Season the veggies with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Place the fillets next to the veggies and bake 18-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked and the veggies are tender.
